Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged ($ USD) when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Different countries correspond to different free shipping policies, you can learn it after entering the shipping address.
  • Standard Shipping takes 7-15 days for delivery.
  • International Shipping fees are calculated at checkout if any. (The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the size and weight of your order, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.)

Please note: During high season and Sales (Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, Chinese Year), delivery might take 15-30 days to deliver.*The actual shipping times may vary due to variable customs clearance times, inclement weather, public holidays, or other force majeure factors. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly contact Support Center at cs@morfone.com.
*Sometimes it may take 2 days for the courier to update the tracking number and shipping info on the system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again after 24 hours.

*Delivery may delay due to Covid-19.

Notice: For orders placed during the Chinese New Year Holiday from 2021 February 7th~February 19th, shipping will be delayed for 2 weeks.

Regarding VAT:
Morfone price doesn't include customs tax. You need to pay customs tax if there is. The customer is responsible for estimating and covering any VAT, GST, Duty, Tax, handling fees, customs clearance charges, and/or other possible costs associated with the shipment.

Order tracked:
You can track your order on our website in 1-4 working days after your purchase.

Steps:
Sign in to your account→My Profile→My Orders→Find the specific order you want to track→Click the “Track” button next to the tracking number

Canceling an Order:
If you would like to cancel a pending order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process.
An order cannot be canceled once the item has been shipped from our warehouse.
