Friendly Reminder:
- Put the lid on after use as it drys easily if exposed to air. If the tip seems to dry out, you can press it to activate again.
- You can use the markers as the fine point or as wide (depending on how you hold them).
- Please keep the pen horizontal as far as possible in order to get the best user experience.
- For permanence seal your work with a water-based spray sealer in the finish of your choice or seal your work on glass and ceramic with the heat method.
- Stay away from children aged 0-3.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
