This is a great set! I've read a few complaints about people thinking there is 144 markers instead of 72 -- but it's clearly spelled out in the product description, so no surprises there. There is different tip sizes for each marker, which is nice. These are great for adult amateur calligraphy. For the price, I am more than happy with the purchase.

I buy a lot of marker sets, I like this one because it comes in its own box so it has a holder, the color choices are great, though they tend to be more toward the lighter shades.

I bought these, just to have some brush pens that are small enough to write realistic note. In other words, I did not want the brushes to be so large. These are a nice size, you can write a thank-you note, a birthday card, or something like that, and have it a relatively normal size. You can also do larger works and more advanced art with these. You can do Asian-styled brush art. The pens/brushes are all the same-sized.

I love these pens! I see a lot of negative comments and they are correct in their sense... they are not calligraphy pens. HOWEVER, They are more for like “Faux” Calligraphy. I love them. They have different sizes so u can draw the small flowers and such like the whole fab is right now in the writing world.

I am a beginner with calligraphy. The typical brush pens are too large for me to control the flow of ink. With this set of pens I found better control, more sizes to choose and the quality of ink is excellent. I like these pens.

I frankly love these — they are soooo great for the price. To those complaining about not being able to differentiate between tips with caps on, I get it. But you can use washi tape or acrylic paint or fingernail polish to mark the barrels. My fave is the medium tip. The fine tip is similar to the Tombow fudenoske pens—soft.

I got these pens to learn myself and teach my 8 year old to do calligraphy. This is an excellent set for beginners with 10 different sizes. Overall writing is very smooth and neat. Ink does not bleed or leak.
I was also able to create various thicknesses and depths with controlled pressure on all those sizes of tips.

These are very easy to use. Seem to write well with smooth solid lines and so far seem to be holding up very well and I have used them for several projects and have not run out of ink. I tend to leave the caps open when I am alternating through sizes and have not had any problems with them feeling dry or like they are drying out.

Great set of pens with a range of nibs. I bought this for my god daughter as a gift along with a book on beginner's calligraphy. I was looking for a set that was easy to use and didn't require filling ink. These fit the bill well, and I bought a second set for myself to use for some home made Christmas cards and so far have been great.

These are a nice set of pens. I purchased them for my daughter who is learning calligraphy. I didn't want to start her out with the "fancy" pens because in my experience they are messy. These are just like a marker except the tip is suited for writing calligraphy. There is a fine tip and a thick tip. These glide well across the page making them easy to write with. My 14 year old daughter has had fun using these and is now teaching herself because she found it so enjoyable. My other children, age 10, and age 6 are asking her to teach them because they have seen how fun and easy it is.

YES! Absofreakinglutely!! I would call myself an avid colorer and these pens are my absolute favorite! The ink goes onto the paper really smooth and they don’t bleed any more than any other pen I have tried. The only complaint I have is that they seem to run out really fast, but that may be because I use them so much!

This is a soft and hard pen. The soft is my favorite for brush lettering. It works better than any other pen i've tried. You do need to use these pens on smooth paper or you'll fray the tip. I really like these and they are my go to pen for nice, clear black lettering.

I really enjoy these pens they are easy to learn with and don’t really make a difference if you can’t write with them at first. The pens don’t bleed which is nice and work for small areas like journalling. They really give the effect of brush letter which is really easy to get even if you need practice.

The ink flows so smoothly and beautifully that they’re a pleasure to write and draw with. the kinds of the tips are indicated in English, I did figure out that the symbols on each pen cap give some indication as to which you’re selecting before you remove the cap. the quality of the pens makes these an outstanding buy.
