If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request cancellation.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
All of our orders are shipped from the United States.
Currently, we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding our shipping options in the future.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused items in their original packaging. For more details, please refer to our refund policy.

If your order has already been shipped, you may apply for an exchange. In this case, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the product you want.
