How to Use
Wearing Instructions
- Wrap the belt around your waist or abdominal area
- Adjust and secure the elastic strap and attach the controller
- Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds to turn ON
- Select Light Mode + Vibration Mode + Heat Level
- Tap the Unlock button if the screen is locked
- Relax and enjoy your therapy session
Light Therapy Modes (P1–P4)
- P1: Red Light (660nm)
- P2: Near-Infrared (850nm)
- P3: Red + Near-Infrared
- P4: Red + Near-Infrared Pulse Mode
Vibration Modes (S0–S4)
- S0: Off
- S1: Vibration
- S2: Pulse
- S3: Percussion
- S4: Relax Mode
Brightness / Heat Levels (L1–L3)
- L1: approx. 104°F / 40°C
- L2: approx. 113°F / 45°C
- L3: approx. 122°F / 50°C
Timer (10–30 min)
Default: 10 minutes. Each press increases 5 minutes.
Important: Do not use while charging. Low battery shows “LO” with flashing blue light. Full battery shows “FU” with solid blue light.

• Continuous Mode (660 + 850nm): Stronger and faster. Good when you want deep support and quicker relief.
• Pulsed Mode (660 + 850nm): Gentler and cooler. Good for sensitive skin or when you want a longer treatment.
Most people use Continuous for main sessions, and Pulsed when they feel a little more sensitive.
A: Yes. You can also wear it over thin clothing if preferred.
A: Yes. It is caused by the combination of red light and heat therapy. Lower the level if you feel too warm.
A: No. For safety reasons, charging and operation cannot occur at the same time.
