Delivery Times
USA: Usually delivered within around 7 days
Other countries: Usually delivered within 5–14 days
Please note: Actual delivery times may be delayed due to customs clearance, weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking
You can track your order on our website 1–4 working days after purchase.
Steps
Sign in to your account → My Profile → My Orders
Find the specific order you want to track
Click the “Track” button next to the tracking number
You can also track your order via the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.
Sometimes the courier may take 2 days to update tracking information. If it does not appear on their website, please try again after 24 hours.

Delivery Destinations
If your country is not listed as a delivery destination, please contact our customer support at support@morfone.com.

VAT / Taxes
For UK and EU countries, prices include VAT.
Customers are responsible for any other applicable duties or taxes not included in the price.

Canceling an Order
Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet entered the fulfillment process.
Once the item has been shipped from our warehouse, the order cannot be canceled.
